U of T's single student residences are available to all ESL Studio students during the summer months. If you prefer ESL Studio to prepare and reserve your room for you there is a non-refundable fee of $150.00. To avoid this charge you can contact the residences directly and fill out an application form and arrange moving into student residences.

The best way to enjoy the Canada lifestyle is to live in homestays with Canadian host families. Homestay accommodation is fun, safe, and cheap. You will have a private room and three daily meals at your Canadian homestay. ESL Studio has many host families that meet the various needs of our homestay students. ESL Studio Residence Counselor arranges homestays to suit our students' personal preferences. A non-refundable fee of $150.00 is applicable for this service.
