ESL Studio refund policy.

General Course Refund Policy Test Preparation Refund Policy
  • $150 cancellation fee.
  • Cancellation must be made in writing before the start date of the next session
  • 100% refund of unused weeks.

 

  • $100 cancellation fee.
  • No refund from the first day of class.
  • Cancellation must be made before the start date in writing.
     
Private Course Refund Policy Accommodation Refund Policy
  • $50 cancellation fee.
  • 24 hour notice to cancel class or scheduled time session will be lost.
  • 100% refund for unused hours.
  • $150 cancellation fee.
  • 2 week notice in writing to cancel accommodation.
  • 100% refund for unused weeks.
